$125 per 50-minute session
Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Billing
My billing service will submit claims to your insurance company, however, you are responsible for deductibles,co-insurance, and co-payments. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with your insurance benefit. Any billing questions are referred to Christina at Ponderosa Billing Service [719-638-8844].
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Once you commit to a specific therapy time, this time slot is dedicated to you for the duration of your therapy. In most cases, I am unable to fill that position if you cancel and unable to bill your insurance company. If possible, I will reschedule you during the week, however, If you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to your appointment you'll be charged $50.
